3.) at least 3 bedrooms
4.) with a very spacious living room and dining area
5.) with a little garden or space for barbecues
6.) can be converted into an office for 15 people for an IT company
7.) in a secured location
8.) with very good internet speed around the area
9.) preferably in areas like lahug, guadalupe, banilad, subangdaku, kasambagan, mabolo
