naa lng koy pangutana about sa non-voice account na environment, lahi ba yahang training process kesa sa CSR og TSR na account? I mean is more on mastering sa writing ba siya? naa unta koy plano mo apply sa non-voice kung naa man karon diri sa davao.. Salamat sa tubag guys

yes, more on knowledge base familiarity and exposure and more accuracy as well. re:writing, it is more about accuracy of information provided ( uban gani scripted copy paste) not deviating from the point/info you need to get through..

ang bati aning CSR nga chat kay sawo ka tanang chat...ma-billing/tech/sales/etc...nya'g di ka katubag nya i-transfer na nimo, mo-disconnect ang customer nya ikaw ang bati...maypa lahos nalang TSR, ts...at least concentrate rag tech ba...
