Help me find my next laptop!!

Hi Experts

Currently on the look out for my next laptop as my old Asus one will retire na
I've been watching alot of videos about this and been reading tons of articles as well but problem is...dili available sa Cebu or sa Philippines for that matter. Or if available man gani kay waaay overpriced.
So I thought I should ask around here.

Anyway, these are the specs that im looking for:
- Processor: 2.4ghz, Atleast core i5 (7th or 8th gen)
- Memory: 4GB RAM (should be upgradeable as I have an extra 4gb ram with me to make it 8gb)
- Storage: Atleast 256GB SSD
- Preferably with atleast 2 USB 3.1 ports (unya nalang nang mga thunderbolt and type c diha haha)
- Has a service center in Cebu (ideally)
- not a Macbook (it's good but im a windows X android girl thru and thru)

What I do with the laptop:
- Work (need to have multiple tabs/windows open at all times/ vid conferencing)
- Light to medium editing (photoshop, lightroom, premiere pro)
- Media consumption
- I dont game so please dont suggest gaming laptops kay kingkoy kayg nawng no offense!

I know my requirements seem too much for what I do but its always good to future proof. (i.e Di nako mupalit ug lain should the nature of my work change)

Ofcourse, the obvious answer is "adto sa SM/Ayala gud nya tan.awa didto!" but sge nalang gud, basin naa moy input ba hehe.
If you guys swear by any laptop shops in cebu, I'd appreciate the recommendations sad!

mahimuot btaw kos gaming laptop sa ubang brands. maulaw ka magdala sa gawas tungod sa kamaot sa build miskan usa pa ka nindot ang specs.

i suggest you check Dell. if you can afford tong XPS, go for it.
ilang gaming laptops don't look bad either. no doubt naay unit ddto nga haom sa imong needs.

try kato sa huawei nindot toh ila bago nga laptop or if budget ang concern pwede ka mo check sa laptop enterprise daghan sila okay nga used laptop at good prices
