Insurance rejections may sound complicated but we have all the support to fix them. What I like about this account is walay AHT, FCR, NPS/CSAT, Sched Adherance. We only have 3 achieveable metrics para sa Quarterly Bonus, walay pressure sa tinuod lang.

Back office gyud Sir, though we do outbound calls from time to time sa insurance or sa member in order to fix their insurance issues para ma refill ilang tambal. But dili siya parehas sa uban nga auto dialer ang outbound calls. We only make OB calls if there is a need to do it.
