    akoy bahala nimo @Emax

CPU– get an Intel i5 or i7 Processor if using Adobe Apps primarily
Motherboard – get a motherboard that supports 32GB or more Ram and SATA 3.0
GPU– you don’t need a powerful GPU/ Graphics Card, but get NVIDIA
Ram– get 16GB-32GB of Ram for serious work
Drives– get an SSD for your Apps and OS and another for your Scatch Disk, get a 2TB-4TB HDD for data storage and your final files.
Power Supply– this is more complicated than it sounds, go with 600w or 750w
Monitors– try to get IPS monitors with a Matte Finish and 99% or better sRGB coverage, Dell, Asus and BenQ make some of the best for designers concerned with color accuracy.
OS– in theory, if you wanted to you could still put MacOS on a custom built PC.

Base on experience lang akoa boss, at the office as Web & Graphic Designer I'm using the specs below:

    - intel i7-4790 (non k) processor (cpu cooler stock lang kanang makita nmo na gamay na electric fan)
    - Mini ATX MotherBoard (msi) on a Mid ATX Case.
    - 20 GB ram ddr3 1600 mhz (8gb + 8gb + 2gb + 2gb)
    - Nvidia gtx 750ti
    - 120gb SSD
    - 2 TB Hard Drive
    - 600 Watts 80+ Power Supply
    - Dual 23" Samsung IPS LED Monitors
    - Other Peripherals like keyboard, mouse are all common.

    - intel i7-4790k (corsair h100i water cooled)
    - Asus Sabertooth z97 Mark 1 MotherBoard with Cooler Master 690 III Case
    - Corsair Platinum 16GB ram ddr3 1600mhz (8gb + 8gb)
    - Nvidia gtx 780ti reference card
    - Samsung 850 evo 250gb SSD
    - 3 x 1TB Hard Drive (3 TB storage)
    - Corsair AX860i Watts 80+ Platinum Power Supply
    - Dual 23" Acer LED Monitors

Sa balay na setup wala ra siya difference sa office set up BUT sa Gaming mo lag gamay ang office na setup GOOD for Work ra gyud ang office setup, Less freezing pud ang balay na set up nako maybe kay water cooled siya.

Conclusion - RAM is one of the important components e upgrade sa imong setup, kung mag render ka og video e i7 ang imong processor og upgrade pud imong hard drive storage to a bigger ones.

I hope maka tabang siya boss sa imong setup instead of buying new try to UPGRADE nalang. to save money sa imong amo.

CHECK sa imo APP na gamiton if mag CPU base ba siya or GPU base. If CPU based, go with i7, pwede ra i5. Padak-an lang gyud ang ram 16GB min. If GPU based, aw obvious na kaayo na ang GPU imo i invest ug dako. SSD, hmmm yes pwede ra, pwede ra sad dili. bigger RAM for multi tasking. Invest branded PSU para iwas pa-ig sa hardware.
