there many people claiming they are born again...if they ask them what religion or organization belong they said born again, is this right?

second question can i call other religion born again like catholic pentecostal baptist etc.?

Its a principle - to renew your life in Jesus Christ so radically changed and renewed that its like being born again to a new person.
One of the biblical principles that should not be taken literaly but symbolically as life of renewal or revival.

No it's not a religion, biblically and strictly speaking it's an experience but common usage would mean distinctives. Protestants claim to be born again. Both meaning are not applicable to Roman Catholics. It is also not applicable to some non RCC denominations like the INC, ADD, JW, Mormons, and all other pseudo-christian groups that doesn't hold an orthodox belief in Christology and theology particularly the doctrine of the Trinity.
