    Default Lazada Missing Item Refuns


    Good day istoryans. Namasin lang basin naa mo matambag. apologies if wrong section.

    My partner ordered 3 items sa lazada: jbl headset, usb otg, and gorilla pod. 2packages were sent to the stated address, 1st package for otg and heqdset and 2nd for gorillapod. all in COD mop. the first package arrived and only has one box but it indicated sa barcode the headset and otg item yet jbl lang ang sulod sa package. we called the delivery guy sa package 1 dayun ana siya sa lazada lag gyud mu contact. we contacted their helpdesk but wala man sila katubag dayun kay they have to contact the merchant daw but no response after a few days. we initiated a return and refund sa lbc which was really fast. lazada confirmed the return through an email and account notification but they only acknowledged the refund amount for the headset (500+) and didnt even mention anything about the otg (900+ amount). they also sent a message that we can claim the refund sa nearest lbc.

    wrong printing of shipping label sa merchant... wala namoy mahimo ana basta dili gani ang lazada mag fulfill... regarding sa refund... you can request for a voucher with same amount sa item mas pas2x ana nga style kay sa cash...

    Naka suway sad ko pa refund ana nila, usually dili mana sila mo exchange ug item ditso nalang refund sa kwarta.
    Maayo raman sad noon sila kay paspas mo action, pero maka tagam pud lagi specially nga nag pa abot gyud ka
    ug dugay para sa item.

    what's the order status of the otg? delivered?

    the best you can do is keep complaining the Lazada and leave a negative feedback to the seller. (same seller?)

    @thread starter... when diay expected dates maabot? lapas na ang shipment date or worse delivered ang status. -- COD ni cya?

    sige bro amo na suwayan. mas maau sad kaha unya na namo kuhaon ang refund then request sa voucher? salamat jamu.

    mao lage bro nag initiate rami refund which is paspas but wala gyud na acknowledge ang nawala nga item.

    Yes, delivered bro. Same delivery date sa headset. We are yet to try calling them para mas ma explain verbally and unta tarong nga rep among ma estorya.

    within 3 days raman boss but mao lage missing ang OTG, delivered ang status sa website. yes COD ni siya. wala sad ka reklamo on the spot sa ga deliver kay gadali akong partnet.

    based sa packaging nga plastic with barcode nga 2 items, pang 1 box ragyud siya and igo ra ang headset no space na for OTG.

    Pde ra nimo I print ang return form sa ila website.
    Ipadala nimo ang items together with the return form to LBC to lazada.
    You can return the items free of charge since nag tie up ang LBC sa ila.
    wait for a day or 2.
    Then usually ila na I refund imo money through LBC money transfer.

    in my case before dako to nga amount... i ordered a Ipad Air 2 for 25k... ang napadala kay Ipad Mini... since its a huge amount i opted to open it infront of the delivery guy and check... once i found out i immediately return it and did not signed... instead of requesting cash refund they offered 2 options... cash refund or voucher with same equivalent ammount... i opted for voucher..i got the voucher after 24 hours... if i waited for cash it would take a while since it is reverted back to my debit card which takes days...

    also happen on other occasion as well were i opted for voucher instead of cash... and most of the time if you can get it COD get COD... it is safer that way...

    ahak pud ana. miskan dugay nko tigpalitan sa lazada, di gyd ko mukumpyansa basta anything electronic/gadget2 ug apparels ky mahadlok ko naay defect or kaha same case sa TS. may nuon narefunan nka.

    atikon pud baya ning ubang sellers sa lazada. butangan2 ug discount pra ingon nga nka.save kunuhay ka, pro ang presyo mao2 ra sa local retailer dre. marukoy kaayong mga kanahan. hahahaa. aong ay gyd mo pabitik anang discount2.

    busy jud kaau ron kay daghang kwarta sila.

    basta delivered na ang status sa imo gi order ts lisud nana e track. naay possibility nga nasagol to sa laing package imo items.
