Traffic Shaping/QoS help for ZXHN H108N V2.5

Hi guys.
I have already posted a question about QoS a couple of months ago and got a really good answer and helped me a lot.
The problem now is that our ISP (Globe) changed the router because it was 2 years old and replaced it with, in my opinion, a really crappy one.

I find it crappy since the user interface is very messed up and it no longer has the Traffic Shaping that I was using to help me with the bandwidth hoarding.

We are availing the 1299 plan of Globe Telecom which is becoming nicer but the problem is there are 7 of us in our house and most of my family are dual logging in, mobile phone + laptop.

I preferred the PROLiNK H5004NK ADSL Wireless Modem with the firmware version R76S_Globe_4PWNE1_61R rather than this new one ZXHN H108N V2.5.

Do any of you guys know how to set the QoS up or the Traffic Shaping?
If not, I am planning to buy a Xiaomi WiFi router.

if the old router can still handle the bandwidth, use it... and ditch the new one.

if the old router CANT handle the traffic/bandwidth and the new modem/router sucks, then you may consider buying your xiaomi router? or just create pfSense/Sophos or any firewall you want.

If you go with the later, it will give you FAR superior and complex configurations you can imagine.
