    Default Mandatory undertime


    Hi. Unsa masulti ninyu ani?

    I've been working ani na company for over 3 years na and naay time na mag pa overtime sila for 2 months then mahuman na kay maka apas na cla sa staffing. But for the past 12 months cge nlng cla pa undertime. Dili pjd like ipa half day. Ilaha is butangan ka nila ug logout in the middle of the shift. So mag tanga ka sa office for 3 to 4 hours and then balik npd ka.

    I plan to complain sa Dole but I just want to get any idea from others basin naa moy info

    There is no such thing as mandatory undertime. That is against the labor law. If 8 hrs 5 days a week ka, dapat mao jud na imo iwork. Especially kung affected or deducan na imo salary, dili na allowed. Pwede ka mofile complaint sa DOLE ana.
