    Default Yoga lovers, yoga enthusiasts and those who want to try yoga. Post na ta! Nam...


    Post your journey and why you started your yoga.


    So let me start my yoga story or journey...
    Way back I only underestimate yoga as I thought it's only easy. Then came 2016, I was looking for a new "hobby" because it seems like I tried a lot of things (running, TRX, boxing, muay thai, HIIT, pilates, crossfit, hek I even tried zumba and brazilian dancing). And so I enrolled since there was also an on-going promo before, it seems like the universe did conspired to make me try yoga.

    Done with my 1st class and boy did I ever underestimated yoga, my body was full of pamaol which is what I was looking for. Drenched with sweat everyday and I love it. Day passes by I fell in love with it. A year has passed and still I'm more in love than ever with my mat, my practice and loving every session of yoga class.

    @LogicPlease agree kong @P-Chan, better if you'll start doing it in a yoga studio so as to know the right alignment and such then if kahibaw nka sa basics, you can just watch some tutorials on YT.

    Talking about yoga journey and the weather. Here's one tip or two:

    When the weather is warm and sunny, i focus my yoga sequence on Flexibility. When the weather is a bit cold, i focus my yoga sequence on strength.

    Default Sharing with you my Straight Leg Press Up to handstand Practice.

    I started my Handstand Press Up Practice about one month ago and started yoga a year ago. Nailed my Forearm Stand 4 Months Ago. The good thing about my yoga practice is that consistency of practice, and patience will get you there eventually. One day soon i will make my Press Up Handstand Straight, Hold it Longer , and Hae more COntrol Getting Down. =)
