9 Days ago, i started practising inversions in padmasana. I someday wish to be able to do this using handstand. I did about 30 minutes worth of dedicated hip opening exercises and started from Supported Headstand until i have been practising Pincha Mayurasana in Padmasana.
I probably deifnitely have to improve on something, as to what they are i do not know. I just enjoyed the practice and am happy i got to this point.
Playing with Handstand Balance.
A month ago, i started working on my Lotus Handstand Via Press Up and i needed to work on being able to do lotus. SO i dedicated a time with lots of hip opening exercises and lotus long holds.
Here's my practice so far. Soon, looking forward to a good exit =)
