hahaha dugay naman ko nag yoga yoga pero na stop lang pag stop pud sa gym membership nako hehehe kasuway ko sa head stand, nindot sa spine hehe

Puppy Press Handstand Practice
I enjoy the Puppy Press Handstand better than STraight Leg Press up to HS. I am able to stay much longer and straighten my alignment more.
