•Hauling Distance - 8 Kilometers only
•Maximum Total of Hauling Service - 10 Trips (per day @ 15 cum3 tons of Nickel Ore)
•Total number of Days - 26 days ( Sundays are for Trucks Check-up& Maintenance)
Hauling Computation:
Loading Hauling Rate x Total Load x Hauling Distance x Maximum Hauling Service x Total no. of Dump truck x Number of Days = Total Gross Amount

Expenses Computation (Estimated)
1. Driver’s Salary (no. of driver depend on how many Trucks deployed in the area)
2. Truck Maintenance ( note: As much as possible, no high maintenance being encountered)
3. Fuel ( PGMC was using “Crudo” for fuel to lower the cost)
4. 3 personnel to be post in the Maintenance Area (Electrician,vulcanizer).
Sample Computation for Expenses
- Drivers (350 per day) x 5 person x 26 days = 45, 500
- Truck Maintenance (damage spare & etc.) = 50,000 Total Estimated Expenses
- Fuel (estimated cost consume for 26 days) = 200,000 per month
- Electrician (500 per day) x 1 person x 26 days) = 13,000 = php. 324,100
- Vulcanizer (300 per day) x 2 person x 26 days) = 15,600
