Ok that's good. "Repent and be baptized".
So now unsaon pagkahibaw nga sala imong gi buhat.
naay definition sa bible unsa na ang sala.

"Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law."
    1 John 3:4

So when we say we keep the commandments naturally do we keep all of the 10 commandments. Do we really keep all of them or just some of them? including the 4th commandment?
You have mentioned the 10 commandments is the foundation for a Christian. Keeping them all should be a good foundation. So the opposite is true if we don't keep all of them your foundation would be established on sandy ground.

"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
    James 2:10

Yes God is the God of grace and accepts our sincere repentance but what are we repenting from? diba from sin which is the transgression of the law? Or do you have your own standard?

I believe that you misunderstood on some points.
Let me say we are not discussing about bragging who is better than the other or who is doing the commandments better than the other no not at all.
I commend you for not getting to this level of discussion.
We all agree that even breaking 1 of the 10 commandments we break them all based on 1 John 3:4.
However did we notice what is commonly left out on the 10 of the commandments? I gave you a hint that it was the 4th commandment although not all christian groups had left out this commandment but mostly.

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
    Exodus 20:8-11 (KJV)

Question why most us we still keep the commandments except for this? Why most Christians keep them? because they are still binding for us, why must we not steal?, why must we not Murder?Commit adultery? its because the law is still binding. If were talking about the new testament what Christ was teaching was basically the same thing but he shed out new light on how to fulfill the law. To love God with all your strength and mind is to worship God only, do not worship idols and graven images, do not take Gods name in vain, to Remember his Sabbath the memorial of his Creation, To love our neighbor as ourselves is do not steal from your neighbor, do not covet, honor our father and mother ect..
So why left out the 4th commandment? here is the answer
Because the catholic changed the sabbath to Sunday
"On the venerable day of the sun let the magistrate and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country however, persons engaged in agricultural work may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits; because it often happens that another day is not so suitable for grain growing or for vine planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost. —Schaff’s History of the Christian Church, vol. III, chap. 75.

This was prophesized in Daniel that the anti-christ will change times and law and what is both a law and time? The Sabbath law.
"And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
    Daniel 7:25
We ought to obey God rather than the man (catholic church, man made laws that contradict God's law)

I mean we don't live like we are because there is the Mosaic Law but in light of what Christ has done for us.

I agree, but we should keep the Moral Law.

    The difference:

    Mosaic Law:
Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.
    Deut 31:26

    Moral Law:
Inside the arc of the Covenant:
There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.
    1 Kings 8:9

Mosaic Law was temporal or "a shadow of things to come" ceremonial and sacrificial laws because it was fulfilled by Christ on the cross and the heavenly sanctuary.

Moral law is eternal written on stone by the finger of God placed inside the arc of the covenant.
