who is using windows vista?

hello everyone!
im using windows vista. im not a computer whiz so in short im having a hard time dealing with my dad's computer. for now, his pc is just my way of communicating to him through the net. but by the opening of the new semester this year, id be needing the use of a powerpoint. this is my problem. iv been trying to locate the powerpoint program in this pc but all i can see is a powerpoint viewer. my dad told me to explore more kay everything in xp is just here in vista though names have been change. i barely trust my dad cz one, he's not a computer whiz and two, he only relies on his friends with him abroad. so being an active/inactive istoryan since 2003, i know you guys can help me. i would really welcome your tips on how to use vista, suggestions and whatsoever REGARDING ON VISTA AND OTHER COMPUTER MATTERS ONLY. just to make things clear.

install lang ug office 2007 sa imo vista computer..

first you need to install msoffice 2003 or 2007 cause windows Vista or Xp does not include msoffice applications or if you can't afford msoffice cause it's too expensive (although there are workarounds for that...) you can just download openoffice if you just use spreadsheets & word documents & it only has powerpoint viewer too

choose between 2003 and 2007 version. :mrgreen:

one thing about vista bro maglisud basag pirated softwares, if u install "open office" same ramn sad nuon ni sya sa MS Office.
your vista comes with trial version MS Office 2007; like mine it only allowed me to open 25x each program. after anah i was asked for a license key so what i did instead nag-install rakog Open Office and i'm back on tracks.

naa namna free na ms office student edition.. imo sa na ipa activate.. ambot lang kung parehas sa acer na akong na check.. but if wala gyud..install nalang gyud ug msoffice oem or student barato lang man ang istudent edition.. check sa robinson.. naa nang microsoft diha..

ur microsoftoffice 2007 or later version like 2003 should run fine in ur vista windows...

i have vista right now and its pretty cool. i have office vista too but the sad part of it..some of my professors in my school have 07 version so i have to save my ppt in 07 version not in vista coz they wont be able to open it
