    I'm dead lazy. So, green tea is my go to healthy drinking Though I'm not losing wait at a rate I want :P

    I also recommend that you take some good and trusted vitamins and supplements while losing weight like those you can get from Canadian Pharmacy, for example. I think it is really important! Keep that in mind

    Teaspoon of salt! I was going to reduce the amount, but now i guess i need to eat even more salt

    I'm using Ginger water +Lemon at the moment after trying Green tea which was not effective for me. I hope it will be useful.

    eat your greens and eat them raw, like, daily. if you can, anyway.
