avoid prolong standing and using those high heel shoes for a long tym...try to elevate your feet when your resting so that the blood from your lower extremities won't b stagnant and can circulate and your veins can relax from too much pressure of the blood in that area...

here in the US they perform ourpatient surgeries...its lyk vein stripping i think they called it...daghan naman sila mga procedures gud rn ug mga products gipang try...

nope, there is no therapy....but if you want, you can remove it which costs a lot....you can prevent it by: there are special stockings against varicose veins, elevate your feet, and alternate sitting and standing while working or @ home..
