    Default Help!! Dormitory / Apartment Preferences of Cebuano People Survey


    I would like to ask a little help from the istoryan community for your inputs and ideas regarding an upcoming dormitory / apartment business venture. All information collected will be used on this purpose only. We will appreciate if can provide any additional valuable information that can help us.


    Backgrounder:

    This brand-new four-storey dormitory is located at the Perez Compound, Sacris Road corner L. Jayme Streets, Mandaue City. Sacris Road is well-entrenched in the middle of a road system accessible to and from J Center Mall, Norkis CyberPark in AS FORTUNA ST; MC Briones Highway Mandaue and Cabancalan, Mandaue City.

    It has twenty-two (22) rooms with around 22 Sq meters each.

    Public transportation such as Jitneys, habal-habal , motorized tricycles and tri-sikads abound. Taxi cabs also regularly pass by.
    Uber and Grab can also be requested easily in this area.

    Globe, Smart and Sun all have excellent signal.

    Very private location as it is situated inside a decent subdivision. Very quiet and private. Well lighted at night. The dormitory has 24-hour security guard service and CCTV security camera in the entire well-lighted premises. Each room is equipped with toilet and bath, window type air-conditioner and free internet access.


    The place being a dormitory, no cooking is allowed in the rooms. Electric and water consumption is for the account of the room occupants.

    Five (5) reserved covered parking spaces are available at minimal fees. Open parking spaces may be arranged with neighbor's vacant spaces.

    A visitors' sitting social area is provided.

    One month rent deposit and one month rent advance.

    Rent is P10,000.00 per month per room. Maximum of three persons to a room.

    QUESTIONS:
    A. If you were to consider staying at the dormitory described above together with its terms and conditions, would you stay in such a dormitory where the monthly rental is P10,000.00 with

    1) three(3) persons to a room? (Three single beds)
    2) six (6) persons to a room? (Three double deck beds)
    3) eight ( persons to a room? (Four double deck beds)
    4) others; pls specify

    B. What kind of professionals or career people or students can afford these set-ups?

    C. What income range can afford these set-ups? (A family can rent too. Therefore, total family income will come into play.)

    D. Would you be attracted to rent if the rent were to be P16,000.00 per month for rooms with eight ( persons? Or P13,500.00 per month for rooms with six (6) persons? Or P11,000.00 per month for rooms with four (4) persons? Or P10,000.00 per month for rooms with three (3) persons? (8 person occupancy, 6 person occupancy use double deck beds.)

    E. Gender: Male or female

    F. Age:

    G. Line of work or occupation. Example: sales/marketing: product kind or line, manufacturing: product line/ industry; finance: example: banking; profession: medical practitioner, nurse, etc

    H. Your monthly net income. i.e. disposable income, ie Gross receipt less withholding taxes and other charges.
    1) below 10,000
    2) between 10,000 - 20,000
    3) between 20000 - 30,000
    4) between 30,000 - 40,000
    5) between 40,000 above

    I. Do you intend to reserve a parking space, in case you own a car.

    J. What are your minimum expectations from the dormitory?

    at 10,000/month ako tan-aw mag rent to own condo nalang ang mga tao sa kanang deca nga mga units naa sa mandaue tipolo ug sa tisa labangon. naa ko studio type 10,000 rent furnished na siya dala na ang rent sa kuryenti ug tubig lisud man takers so down nako ug 8,000.
