Sa mga experts dha sa ADSL, need q sa inyo thoughts mga bossing.. can anyone confirm the accuracy of this image:



I know, Internet speed is directly related to the length of the ADSL line from the exchange to your premises.. Pero wla qy accurate information about this.. So can anyone please confirm kung applicable ni cya dri since same raman pud ang standard gigamit.. Thanks daan!

hahaha.. i mean, applicable b ghapon ni dri ky ADSL2+ man amo line sa Globe unya max offer nila for this type of line is 15mbps.. amo distance from the telephone exchange is about 2kms.. so dapat available ang 10mbps dri sa amoa.. dli man daw..

mao nay giignon d available kai walay ikaupgrade pa sa ila transmission lines, sige demote sa services sa existing globe subscribers pero ang bayad mao gihapon unya ang general network improvements DAW walay ma feel na epek. hehe

Ayay ka...2km plus ang linya gikan sa ila kuhaan nga cabinet? murag maglis0d2 na boss. Pwd cguro if naa another cabinet or box nga du0l aron dili maglis0d sa linya. Mao na much better ang fiber compared sa copper lines kay mas gamai ang iya loss per km.

Not sure kung unsa imo g.mean sa "cabinet" boss.. pero based sa aq n.research boss 13.81 dB ang loss per kilometer sa ADSL2+ ky mao n amo line.. around 2km man amoa from the telephone exchange, dli ang box nga naa ra about 300m sa amoa.. if 2.5km with allowance, dapat aqng attenuation should be around 35 dB pero ang makita sa modem is 42.7 dB which is dakoa ra considering aq distance.. Also, based sa aq source.. even at 39 dB, this line should be able to deliver up to 10mbps..

boss dli k ma PM puno imo inbox.. anyway, ni request q plan upgrade boss bsan 1299 10mbps lng, dli daw attainable.. ADSL2+ aq line nya 39 dB aq attenuation Downstream.. any advice? Thanks!

Not sure kung unsa imo g.mean sa "cabinet" boss.. pero based sa aq n.research boss 13.81 dB ang loss per kilometer sa ADSL2+ ky mao n amo line.. around 2km man amoa from the telephone exchange, dli ang box nga naa ra about 300m sa amoa.. if 2.5km with allowance, dapat aqng attenuation should be around 35 dB pero ang makita sa modem is 42.7 dB which is dakoa ra considering aq distance.. Also, based sa aq source.. even at 39 dB, this line should be able to deliver up to 10mbps..

Katong Cabinet is kung asa jud sila makuha ug buhi nga linya. I think the 'box' that you're talking of is supposed to have a working 'amplifier' for the signal. The best resource persons that can clear your mind about these are those working in the telco. Those that perform this line of work. Naa pud difference I think sa mga implementations ang kada telco. Naay standards but unfortunately wala ni gina follow 100% of the time.

nakigstorya bitaw q sa mga technicians boss pero confusing au cla, at first ingon cla available daw 15mbps, nya kron ingon cla dli daw, bsan 10mbps.. nya aq cla g.complain ky pg.request nq upgrade ingon cla "COMPLETED" nya wla man q balay at the time n.visit cla sa balay, pg.abot ra nq gikan work, wla cla mutaud ug telephone nya ang speed namo 8mbps ra nya aq g.request nga speed is 15mbps bundled with a telephone..
