Default do i still need a video card?

I bought a motherboard which has a built in graphics of radeon hd 8750. I still dont have a video card. Im not familiar with radeons line of video cards but would it make a difference if for example i had a video card that has the same specs as its built in graphics? And also, what is the next stronger version of radeons hd 8750?

it depends on what you will be doing on you pc. if your not gaming then, you dont need a dedicated video card. if you play some games like dota/hon/lol/csgo..it would still work but at low settings depends on what monitor your currently using but if you want to play graphic intensive games..then you definitely need a dedicated video card. if your not familiar with the series of video cards..see the link below GPU Hierarchy - Comparison of Graphics Cards for Gaming

    Akong gitanaw balik...it's a Radeon HD 8470D 2GB.
im currently playing Dying Light the following and the game is really playable. hinay iyang FPS at first but kadugayan mo saka iyang fps. Also played metro last light, medyo choppy sya pero still very playable. unsa inyong ika suggest na video card na mosukol ani na games nga di kaayu mahal na card?

depende sa budget but I'd suggest a 1050ti for 1080p gaming. Kana, sakto ra kaayo na nga card.

I would say depende sa resolution sa imong monitor. Maybe 1366x768 (most common) ang resolution sa monitor? Then you might not need a very high end card. A 750Ti/RX460 would suffice.

    If 1080p (1920x1080) gaming, go for a 1050/1050Ti/RX470

a GTX 750 Ti/ RX 460 is an overkill for a 1366 x 768 resolution... sayang ang money if kani ang GPU na gamiton sa ani na resolution. better, get the entry level GPUs w/ DDR5 mem if your monitor is only up to 1366 x 760 resolution... pero, kun maka kita mo'g used na GTX 750/ 750 Ti or AMD's equivalent na priced at 3.5 ~ 4K, then spank it as it is a big catch for a 1366 x 760 resolution...

the GTX 750 Ti/ RX 460 can even play games on 1080p at mid to high GFX setting w/ a very3x playable frame rates. if ultra GFX setting na, mag depende na ni sya sa game on 1080p.

in buying a GPU, it would be "BEST" na atoang I-tailor sa atoang mga gipang duwa na games. kun DOTA 2 or same genre lang ang duwaon, pwerte lang gyud ka sayang sa gasto kun mahalon na GPU ang paliton. pwede ra gyud ninga mga duwa-a ug mga entry level GPU w/ DDR5 vram kun gusto'g mga current offerings sa GPU players ang paliton.

by the way, just to disclose lang... ang akoang mobile workstation kay maka duwa'g Witcher 3 at a very acceptable frame rates @ 1366 x 768 resolution on mid-high settings with hair works set to off

    cpu: intel Xeon E3-1230 V2
    mem: 8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz (2 x 4 GB)
    gpu: MSI GT 730K 1GB DDR5

depende sa imo "tolerance" with regards graphics quality vs lag/stuttering. daghan na kaayo guides sa net for reference, but still kani tanan depende sa imo "budget". best minimum bet paliton if still available dri or by order is a GT 730 64-bit DDR5

I completely agree with this. Just realized that my old 6670 1GD5 could handle witcher 3 paired with an old FX 4200 at 1360x768 - 59 fps average. My previous 6670 only cost 2995 lol.

The GT 730 could be an awesome sub vs the 750Ti/RX 460 in terms of the titles your playing.

Can 1050ti run Witcher 3 at ultra 1080p?
