Yup, correct. IF'er here & it's working for me. IF is perfect for those people who are very busy & who cannot stick to eating 6 meals a day. Just experiment w/ what works for you. Btw, I use the 16-hour fast, 8-hour feed.

Cannot say this is effective for everybody as after a 12/24/36 hr fast, some binge eat defeating the purpose of dieting. I tried this but this is not for me, I cannot lift heavy weights if I workout fasted. What I do, and you can try it, eat your regular tdee on lift days, and slash 400/500 cals on non lifting days. You need to watch out on your carb loading before working out, basin matagakan kag bugat nga barbell. lol

Pls. allow me to tell you my story about I.F. 'coz I believe it's worth a try.

When I first tried I.F on the first day, the next day, I catched a fever. Sayop to ang ako kay dapat dili diretsuon og fast (I'm using the 16-hour fast), nakalitan. But it didn't stop me from trying again. The next week, I tried again as my first week (diretso 16-hour fast again) & I really feel weak & my workouts were frustrating since fasted training is required. But as I progressed in the following weeks, it seems that my body had adjusted and loved I.F. The main motivation for me to continue was I hate eating 5 or 6 meals a day, so hassle kay kadaghan baonan dalhon.

So now, I'm an IF'er for it's perfect for my lifestyle, hehehhe. Mo 2 years napud ko (on and off). Si Fred up here ang ga introduce nako aning I.F. ay though I think he's not practicing it. Ako'y guinea pig niya ani, hehhehee. Ang naka bad lang aning I.F. kay like ganiha nang invite ako friends og buko diha sa echavez sayo sa kabuntagon, kutob ra ko tan-aw kay di pwede kay on fast mode maski gitravel pa namo ng buko-ha na, wiheheheh. Thankful lang pud ko sa ako supportive friends kay di gyud ko nila e pressure og kaon nya mag effort pa gyud ni sila like ila ko lutoan or buy me healthy food if naa ko. They know how fat I was, hehehehe.

That's all folks, bugs bunny, hhehehe.

It depends sa unsa imong makaya some go for 12-16 hours, most prefer 16 hour fast, 8 hour "loading", kana ra sad sakto sa imong macros. Di palabi ug hab hab kay gutom.

OT: earlier I vomited my PWO meal and drink, I was able to finish my lifts but was super weak and felt light headed. Wasn't able to carb up properly before lifting. I am almost at the end of my cut. Goal is 175, weight is 178.

For those who are working out fasted, i suggest eating slow release carbohydrates foods on your last meal of the day, para naay energy during your workout in the morning. The purpose for fasting is to decrease or lower the insulin secretion in your body which blocks the usage of fat in the body as energy, so keeping your blood glucose level in check will cause your body to consistently burn more stored fat. you can research online to learn more about this.

As for my experience with IF it's effective for me. you just need to have a plan and stick to it, it's hard in the first few weeks but eventually your body will adjust. You just have to try it for yourself and see results because it might not work for everybody.

I have been Intermittent Fasting for almost 2 years. Dili na tinuod nga mu hinay imo metabolism. Mu hinay imo metabolism kung pataka lang ka ug diet2x(eating only 600-700 calories per day).

I have also tried Warrior's Diet (20 hour fast, 4 hour feed) but I liked Lean Gains better. 16 hour fast, 8 hour feed. Eating only 2 meals a day pero tag 1,200 calories per meal.
