    Default How to tell a colleague what he/she is doing is wrong?


    I have a situation here.

    Naa koy kauban sa work nga Supervisor nga nanguyab ug production worker. Previously, ang iyang ginabuhat mag-OT siya ug usually 4 to 5 hours para maka-spend time cya sa iyang bf...na-shock pud gani mi sa iyang binuhatan kay months before that dili gyud ni cya mag-OT katong nagka-uyab na sila mag-OT naman...akong gipa-investigate sa mga kauban namo diri then na-find out namo nga iyang mga OT hours naara daw sa office nag-tanaw ug salida together with her BF...gi-report siya namo sa among direct head, para dili kaayo halata, gipa-stop ang OT sa tanan office workers...karun napud ang akong nabantayan kay iyang pataas ug OT ang katong certain area kung asa to nag-work ang guy...dili pud ko ganahan mo-confront nya kay she has this bitchy personality nga wa syay paki sa mga tao...but malooy pud ko sa company kay taas na kaay ug OT then gamay ra ug output...I really don't know how to deal with this considering ni-ana akong direct head nako "Find a way to solve this problem"...ang reason gud nya kay walay stocks mau mag-OT which is true man pud but sa akoa gud there could be other ways aside sa OT...pero dili cya maminaw sa akoa...


    Any advice I need help....thanks.

    HR already knows but the biggest problem is she's one of the favorites sa akong direct head...huhuhuhu

    unsa d ay imong position? admin ka? if so, gi require ba sa inyoha ang end of the day report? para ma trace nimo ang ilang output per day and per succeeding offertime hours. diha pud makita ang katag sa ilang output in comparison sa ilang 8hour job/ot hours.

    my direct head already knows she's not doing well...there's already an evaluation done but 2 things diay...favorite cya sa akong direct head and ang tya sa iya BF is usa sa sinaligan sa company...

    Akoa lang ni evaluation TS ha... I'm sorry pero deep inside (sub consciously) na suya ka niya. Common ni nga problema sa mga tao especially empleyado.

    Advice nako nimo TS....

    1. Pasagdi-i ang company. Dili man na imoha. Whether mo income ang company or dili, dili na ma times two imong sweldo... kung ma terminate na ang imong kauban nga supervisor, dili pod ka mahimo ug manager. Do not think of the company's output... think of your own.

    2. Trabaho lang ug imoha... within sa imong jurisdiction ug within the sight of the management. Ayaw pag apil2x sa laing department or trabaho sa imong kauban... unless directly na affected imong work assignment or output. Remember if ma close ang company, daghan paka pwede mabalhinan, naka gain paka ug experience.

    3. Learn to jam and make leverage. If lakas siya sa management, then join the team. And later try finding ways how to tip her off to the cliff.

    Unsa diay na nga company? Manufacturing type?

    Naa mo'y internal auditor?
    Ang inyo diay'ng "accounting", wala'y mapakita nga report ani?

    Both the internal auditor and the cost accounting's side should be able to see these through the financials/numbers.
    You dont even need to report her/them.

    Plus... if naa mo'y IE or PPC section, they should be able to see this also.
    Kay all costs are based on standards man. Makita ang jud differences.

    Now... ang HR kahibaw na, pero wala'y gibuhat?
    Ang inyong "Accountants" wala pa'y gibuhat?
    Ang inyong "Industrial Engineers" wala pa'y gibuhat?
    Mga polpol man na inyong mga Management Sections oi!

    As that is the case, there's nothing more you can do.

    Learn to play the game of thrones
    If wala effect sa imo direct head, isaka sa 2nd level and so on and so forth.

    If di ka ganahan ug gubot, as suggested in the earlier replies, just let it go

    If dili ka maka jam2x sa people in power, trabaho nalang ug imoha... Everything will follow.

    Kung ok ang work performance no need to worry sa relationship nila.
