says who? been with Etel for almost a year, my training was a blast, although ill admit this is no place for lazy slackers, regarding abscence during training, dats stupid, if youre sick you can always be absent - with the proper (medical) reasons of course, nobody wants to see you die in the office. Though since you were absent in training, it will be your responsbility to catch up anyway...

anyways.. accounts your asking for customer service? well there one for a big ISP, another for a direct selling catalog company, financial services and maybe some more coming in, theyre expanding right now, regarding the salary, depends per position and have no clear idea coz im from tech support, but for sure youll be getting 30% night differential wc is the biggest among all contact centers here, and the usual allowance too. if you want then you can always try

that's some BS. don't mean to be rude. was meaning the info. anyway, some of it are true but most are not. used to work for etel. allowed ang absences for as long as withing reason. though there is a limit to the number of absences you can have within the 6mos probationary period which is 5 absences. can you imagine how absurd that is if one is not allowed to incur any absences? had one officemate who had dengue fever. don't tell me he'll risk his life for the sake of his work. that is highly idiotic.

training is not 6 months. it depends what account you're in. it could range from 2-6 weeks. tech support has longer training period. salary wise. cust service and tech support has starting of 12k ++ and sales has starting of 10k++ but the minimum quota of sales is equivalent to 2k ghapon so when you think about it both would be equal lng

next it's true that etel has a bond. you have to work for etel for at least 6 months after the training. so if you have 1 month training then that means you have to work for them for 7 mos so that you will be cleared of the bond.

accounts that is not something you will find out unless you do proper research. most employees of etel only knows a few of their accounts. what's the point of asking about the accounts? it's all up to them where to put u. it's up to u to decide whether u want tech, cust serv or sales and it's upto them what account to put u on. u have no choice about that

CAPISH? anything else you want to know

and btw as for the bond. dnt wori about it. u dnt really have to pay:P if you werent regularized whether u pay the bond or not etel wont give clearance. they will only give certificate of employment. and cert of employment they will give whether u paid the bond or not.

There is a bond that you have to pay, if you dont complete the 6 months probationary period. If you're lucky and dishonourable, you won't have to pay and they wont make you. Most of the time, though, the company comes up with an agreement so that the employee starts paying in installment as soon as they find another job.

As a probee, you are earning sick leaves but they will not be credited to you until you get regularized. So, everyone is highly discouraged from being absent. Of course, if you do have a valid reson, then it becomes acceptable.

There are sales accounts, technical support accounts, and customer service accounts.

Go ahead and apply for eTel. You have little to lose and much to gain.
