Appliance or gadget loan with PDCs

Hello guys!
I am just wondering if anyone here can recommend any company who's offering loan for A LAPTOP. I am an English teacher (online) and I just lost my computer. I have a checking account. I was eavesdropping on a conversation between two girls in the jeepney that there's this company who's willing to loan for any gadget and one of the requirements is issuing PDCs. I am confident i can pay my bills on time. I just need a laptop. Please help me.

sa EMCOR ko nakakuha ug laptop and I guess mudawat sila ug PDC, if I'm not mistaken. Medyo dako lang ilang interest

I'm not sure also with other EMCOR branches, but kani sa Mandaue, fronting Dohera Hotel, you can request for a specific model and specs of the laptop. Order basis na and once you request for it, I think you have to get it gyud....I should have done it the first time but too late na kay nakabayad nako sugod sa 1st month sa akong laptop...could have chosen a higher end nga specs...hehe..
