Wanted 5 Investors To Start a Restaurant and Boarding House for Assume

Hello,

I am looking for 4 business minded person who has funds already about 150k. I will be joining as an investor as well. Business is restaurant with boarding house located near USJR main with 3floors. The restaurant is currently operating and needs a new owner. Existing owner will open a new restaurant. We can either continue or change the concept.

The boarding house has 8rooms and newly renovated. The restaurant is complete with dinning and kitchen equipment and utilities and ready to operate. Monthly rent is 22000 for 3 floors.

For those who are interested please let me know your thoughts.
