Best Cebu City Hotel to hold a wedding reception

Hi kaistoryans!

I'm getting married next year, April 2017 (no date pa as of now) so of course, nagthink jud ko kung where I wanted to hold my wedding reception. Initially, nindot unta sa Shangrila Mactan but sayang sad ang ma-save na money so diri sa 4 nalang ko mamili:

Radisson Blu
Waterfront Lahug
Marco Polo Plaza
Cebu City Marriott

Almost pare-pareho ra sila ug range with minimal to moderate price difference (if taken into consideration ang inclusions sa ilang mga package - good for 170 pax btw) so makaconfuse jud. If kamo ang pumili, paki rate from most preferred to least liked and please state your reasons why.
