Sa karon still the same, lucrative gehapon ug gipang offer ang china.
Regardless of Rama or Tomas, making SRP as EPZ is not practical... But, it can be a good place for power plants, shipyards and pier / terminal.
SRP or South Road/Reclamation Propertries is already PEZA-registered economic zone.
officially you can see at the peza website under the Manufacturing Economic Zone.
open the excel file and go to Row 66.

Yes, it is already PEZA registered... that is not a problem. The issue here if would it be attractive to foreign companies in comparison of building in China.
They are thinking about the ROI, if would it be economical building industrial facilities or commercial (makati like) area.
boss i was just clarifying regarding if registered sa PEZA ang SRP.
with regards to the attractiveness, depende na boss on what are the perks our government can provide.
if walay perks then sadly i don't think SRP or the whole philippines is attractive to manufacturers. we don't stand a chance.
Yes... naa jud nay perks. One of these kay mas maayo jud ug workmanship ang chinese nationals kaysa pinoys.
Those things are out of our scope. Let's leave it up to the economists.
Si Mike Rama dunay nahimo sa cebu natural kay mayor gud cya, maski kinsa namn...pero if we talk about big significant achievements sa cebu I can say it is under the admin of Osmeña.
by the way, Mike Rama is a long friend of us in coaco yrs, & also he was my brothers' classmate in USP-HS.
