As I've checked on the official facebook page of Osmena, he is going to support Mar Roxas to be the President of Phils, at the end of his message, there was a quote , "I'll do take care the Peace and Order of Cebu " so, I believe he is trying to get votes from Digong local supporters here in Cebu, obviously. Anyway, Duterte for President and Osmena for Cebu, that would be a good tandem instead. They used to be a "closed friend" before , hope until now
