i got this error when i was change db password :

wrong pass ka tsong verify mo nalang user defined na yan talaga

make sure nga naay privileges si "mangt".
maka-add ka ug MySQL user yes, but you also need to make sure that the user has access e.g. connect, select, update, etc privileges.
i normally do that sa CPanel.

i doubt nga incorrect password na siya - since php normally returns a descriptive error is sayop ang password.
