    Default How to Poop Regularly?


    I think its not normal.. Kana ganing mo poop ka tig 2 days ang gap or usahay 3 days jd..
    Unsai Solution ani na ma regular then ma Daily unta akng pag libang.. Lisod au kay usahay bug-at na ako tiyan pru d man ko mka feel og ka libangon.. Hinaot mka hatag mo og tips or advices..

    Sayon ra kaayo na... buy or get somethin to read...go to the toilet...sit like a king... start reading some stuff.. and dont stop reading until poop comes out..

    If no reading articles , just try sitting in the bowl like a king.. and dont leave if poop dont come out.. i do this often and sleep tries to visit me.... no big deal as long as nobody's in-line and your not in a hurry.

    based sa ako nadunggan before sa doktor....normal pana...pero bahua na kaha nimog tae oi....

    Poop that is stored in the colon for a longer time than normal is a big factor that might lead to colon cancer. Mas ok gyud ang regular disposal of waste.

    Try a spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil before bed time each night. Inig mata nimo sa buntag kay mu-popo ka.

    Eat fruits that are fiber enriched, try pud ug milk bfore u go to sleep ayaw ng chocolate milk ky mka.gahi nuon sa poop,

    okay raman daw na ing-ana nga gap as long as if
    feel na nimo magpagawas ug hugaw, di ra ka maglisod.

    pero if maglisod ka, need guro kag daghan fiber, exercise
    ug tubig pud. den if ganahan pud ka nga ma regular na
    imong pagpagawas ug hugaw, try ug kanang sagad
    nimong madungog sa radyo nga food supplement.
    naa man q kaila nga nag-gamit ana ug sukad
    nag-take na cya ato, everyday jud
    daw cya magpagawas ug hugaw. sagad sa buntag daw.

    kuan pud, kung imong mga kinaon, sagad kay
    mantikaon. ayaw palabi cge inom bugnaw kay
    mao pud daw na hinungdan mogahi imong hugaw
    kay mobagtok tong mantikaon nimong gikaon
    tungod sa bugnaw nimong giinom.

    Sa akoa nga experience mao ni naka help naku.

    1. Inum pirmi daghan tubig more than 10 glasses a day.
    2. Kaon daghan fruits especially avocado, papaya, melon. Pero likay pod sa mga makapagahi like saging aplod, kaimito, etc.
    3. Likay pod softdrinks especially Coke kay makapagahi pod na.
    4. Make it a habit nga mag poo jud ka kadala adlaw ug pagtultol ug oras kay imo body clock mura pod mosunod ana. Bisan gamay ra imo ipoo, madugay maanad ka motultol ra na.

    inom daghan tubig, eat lots of fruits and fiber.. ayaw og resort anan para libang nga medicine kay normal pa man na nga range imong pooping time..
