From what I remembered, ISIS actually used the internetz to recruit members from all over the world. From facebook to dating sites. And they have a facebook and twitter account that FB tries to keep on shutting down but a new one always pops up. I even heard about teenage girls from the US (search it in google) that was able to scam ISIS recruiters online by asking for money so that they could travel and join them.
