Wierd windows 7 desktop problem

I know this is somewhat software related, pero medyo mas daghan mang mga masters diri unya basin hardware related ni maong diri nalang kos computer hardware mag post.




OS:windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit


SHORT STORY: Nawala ang DESKTOP, then nabalik rapud but wala na save ang ikaduha nga desktop.




Situation:
Isa ra ako user account and no guest account. Gabie, normal ra ang desktop(arrangement sa shortcuts, also have a few folders,files and notepads).


pag on nako ganina buntag, natingala ko kay nawala na ang mga folders,files ug notepad nga file sa desktop.
ang nabilin nalang kay google chrome,steam ug firefox nga shortcuts,then lahi na ang arrangement.Unya ang google chrome kay nawala tanan data(browsing history, log-on accounts). I checked the Drives, naa raman ang sulod, naa ra ang mga files. Then nag copy & download kog files sa ako desktop around 10gb.


mag open na unta kos notepad nga file sa desktop,unya kay wala man, maong ako gi restart ang computer kay basin maulian ra.Paghuman ug restart, naulian ra jud. nabalik na ang normal nga desktop, then ang data sa google chrome kay naa rapud. Unya kato ako gi copy & download sa desktop kay nawala. then ang browsing history nako sa chrome kay wala pud na save sa last nakong open before gi restart.




gibalik2x na nakog restart wala naman pud naunsa, then ako pud gi search sa google, wa ko kita nga naay nagka-ingadto nga problem.
Normal raman ang iyang resolution then pag pawng nako gabie kay normal raman - if safemode?
hard disk is at 100% health(hdd sentinel),1 500gb HDD - if sa hard disk?
Naa koy Security Essentials nga Anti Virus - if virus?
isa ra ni ka windows 7,bag-o pa ni gi installan(clean) but nag dual boot ko ug kali linux.

NGANO MAN TO? hahaha
dili man dako ni nga problema kay naulian raman pero CURIOUS lang jud ko ug naunsa to.

mao lage, wa man gud pud ni na bendisyonan pa.
tingaha bitaw nako oi. ganahan ko ma explainan ug unsay nahitabo.

try installing Linux and Firefox in Virtual PC....

Na ka try ko ani, this is the same as your situation. unya I ask some expertise about this one and then they told me that, "sometimes kuno when loading sa imong OS naa kuno traffic interruption" which this will lead to the systems to redirect to a account that looks like similar to a safety mode. if these will occur the only thing you have to do is to restart your computer and it will be back to its normal but if this will not happen then there's something wrong on your systems.

This is not something new to me Ingon-ani man gud ako laptop before (katong Win7 pa ni).

I think it's got something to do with Memory issues.
Kung daghan kaayo siya'g i-load nga processes ig-startup, dili mo-load og tarong.
Og tinood, kung i-reboot, ma-OK man pod. Sometimes, i need to flush the battery pod.

Sa ako nabantayan, mostly this happens after installing some windows updates.

Karon nga nag-Windows 10 na ko on the same 5 year old laptop, so far, wala pa ni nibalik nga issue.
