- more cores(FX)
- compute cores(A-series)
- overclocking potential

INTEL Pros:
- Low temps even @ load
- more energy efficient
- smaller lithography
- hyper-threading(upcoming hybrid-threading)
- more instructions per core
- Iris Pro
- Less bottleneck sa discrete GPU

not too expensive, practically due to it would be ironic to pair it same priced with intel, segment per segment


CONS :
a paper tiger, too many promises and hopes ,not much on delivery.

AMD Fushion is a different story

AMD APU is very promising line of processor
its fused GPU is simply astonishing

as long it does not reach 9K in price

it would be better to have i3 + HD7770 when compared to Kaveri APU 7xxx
or FX6300 + HD7770 when compared to Kaveri APU 7xxx

subjective kaayo ni na question bro... puro mana sila maayo... lain2x lang ug strong and weak points... then mag depende pud sa CPU model... now, kani na guide magamit ni nimo for your decision analysis. kulang pa gani ni... pa pun-an nato sa uban...

* What are the apps (productivity, design, etc) and games that you'll use on your rig?
* How much is your budget?
* How many hrs will you use your rig in gaming, surfing, office related workload, communication (Skype & others) & social media (FB, Instagram, Twitter & others)?
* Are you sensitive to the electricity bill?

Note lang... gamay ra kaayo ang difference on the electric bill kun CPU chip lang ang tan-awon. ang dako kay ang GPU then mag permi games like there's no tomorrow... or gi OC'ed ug maayo ang CPU & GPU then mag games... kun running @ stock lang na sila, gamay ra gyud kaayo. ayaw tan-aw anang TDP nila. dili na sila pareho pag compute sa 2 competing companies. kun ganahan gyud ka'g accurate, use a power meter then gamita sa rig sa imohang mga kaila para naa ka'y idea...

kun mag OC sa GPU and/or GPU then dili mag games, mo run lang ni sila as stock... mo kick-in lang ang OC'ed power nila kun mag games na... then, this is the time, mo dako ang power consumption sa rig per se...
