HELP? iphone 4s-second hand

hi.. ask lang ko, i bought my iphone 4s last sunday diri ra gihapon sa istorya. sun ako gamit. unlock siya thru x-sim or r-sim ba ni. akong problem is dali ra kaayo mahurot akong load. nya dili raba moundang ug send nakog msg nga "sorry, your balance is not enough for sending this message."
Gicheck na nako ang settings, cellular data, etc. I actually compared the settings sa ako colleague sa office who also has 4s. nya gitanaw nako messages if there are pending msgs na wala nasent, naa to before but ako na gidelete. pero until now, naa gihapon. mahurot nalang akong battery, kay di jud moundang ug send ang sun ug msg. Akong gibuhat akong giblock ang number sa sun 7210 kay samok na kaayo.
