nindot na kaayo ang process sa APE dah...it only took me 30mins to finish everything....
took me 9 minutes and 38 secs to finish the annual physical exam (registration, blood, eye check, urine, bp, physical exam, history, xray and routing it back to the nurses ) ... sayang lang wala nagamit akong gireserbang stool.. tsk tsk.. urine nlang diay ilang required... sigh...
paspasa gud nimo Idol! hehehe...sa bagay, we went there man gud around quarter to 6am...mao to naabtan ug 30mis....
but at least nahuman nako....ala nako huna-hunaon...hehe....
We can always blame people noh, pero work is work. I am glad that naa pakoy trabaho and I can still say I'm happy working in sykes. Naa man pud gud bad and good effects if ang motivation nimo sa work kay ang imong cool kaayo nga TL or naa imo uyab kauban sa trabaho.. heheh. Siguro motivation should start within yourself and going to your needs and priorities. Lets not forget that most of us are working for financial security.
Regarding the environment, siguro ang obvious lang jud nga nausab compared sauna is our managements engagement to the agents and consistency in our incentive programs and goals. Visibility nila is very helpful and the positive reinforcements. Ako malipay jud ko if akong TL or higher managers will tap my back and say "good job!" and hatagan dayun kug Certificate and mas nice if naa pa jud oven toaster hehehe. Then pun-an pa na consistent sila giving recognition and communicating the great incentives that we have. Maka motivate jud ni nako ug maninguha ko on meeting my numbers. Short effect raman gud nang hatag2x ug memo or hulgaon ta nga if di mo maninguha, byebye Sykes jud ka (process-wise is correct and are also observed in other companies). But if your mind set is on the right behavior with good reasons and clear goals, mas epektib na kaysa memo2x.
Bitaw, I might be daydreaming but I guess it would be nice to bring the good ol days where the floor is lively with our managers roaming around, giving motivations, recognizing those who are doing good, clarity in our incentives and most important of all, consistency and follow through on all action plans that we start. Lets continue making Sykes what she has been known for... FUN at WORK with a great environment and great people!
I can go on and on pero parking sa ko.. bangga palang ta. heheh I LOVE SYKES!.. Fyi.. I still do keep all the awards and certificates that was given to me by my managers ( bisag giprint ra ug baratohon nga bondpaper ).

Benchkicker....my IDOL! very well said....hehe...ala nako ma sulti pa...hehe...but I totally agree with you...and regarding sa incentives, depende man pud gud na sa account....sometimes man gud ma generalize nila ang sykes if ang management or say, officers sa ilang account kay dili pud maayo....then ingon dayon nila nga ang SYKES kay bati...hehe...anyways, mao na to...basta, I'm happy with what I'm doing now...especially sa akong TL...ala gyud ko problema...ako ra daw ilang problema....bwahahaha....
Ako pud, my TL is not bad, strict pero ok ra sya, fair man pud gamay, basta magtinarung lang jud ko.. para makaleave hehe
