sure ka bro nga nakuha nila ang ICT or is it the other way around? or is it simply a merger? or is it because naay mga big accounts na gi pull out from SYKES which resulted to a merger?

sykes bought 39% of the shares of ICT which makes Sykes the biggest single stock holder(kamo nay bhala arrange sa akong adjectives sa ICT GC.
Sykes is a very stable company. you can google mr. Chuck/John Syke's secret..

re pull out of big accounts? not really. they moved the smaller accounts to other Sykes locations in the phillies.. i.e. k*D*K, t*p*e*w***, and the like... so yes! go sykeesssss!!!

bati jud kaayo kae magreshuffle kapoi adjust and for sure ma-miss nako akong team ug TL. ana sila i-assign daw ang agents sa ilang new tl ingka next week and would take effect next year ang reshuffle. Ang other teams kahibaw nah kung kinsa sila i-assign, kami wala pa. kasabot sad ko na this is not easy for our TL to spill the beans.

And this would never be easy for the team sad especially na ang uban namo, since trainee pa nag-uban nami. Pero nagsabot jud mi na if ever ma-assign mi sa laing TL , didto gihapon mi magstation kung asa mi mu log-in sa wa pa mi i-shuffle.

i-announce na sa among TL around 4am regardign sa reshuffle.
basta all i can say is , "Come what may" ra jud

It's really sad.. to have a reshuffle of teams. .but don't be too sad about it. .just take it as a challenge. . i've been with sykes. .too long..i have so many TL..and teammates already.. ive been with different support. but its ok. .i made lots of friends. .drinking friends. .videoke friends. .laag2x friends. . maski unsa nga friends. .basta friend... mass ma feel welcome ka everytime mo sulod ka. .kay daghan mo tagad. . so don't be that too sad. . different teammates + different experience = ONE GREAT MEMORY. . hihihihi
