why man 2-3 months lang ka sa Sykes? pag ingon ana bro, better not apply nalang sa Sykes coz' you will be wasting our valuable time....sorry for being rude or something but I'm just being frank....luoy kaayo ang mga trainers nimo ana if dili ka magdugay and samot na sa account na imong masudlan...attrition lang ang imong mahatag nila and it's bad for business....ana lang...

And if you wanna know if naa ba bond sa contract, NOPE...ala bond...mao na naka paet...

dili ra baya...ang kahadlukan lang gyud sa mga applicants is the Berlitz Assessment...mao ra man gyud mga concern sa mga tao....hehe...but ok ra kaayo gyud...

Metrics? depends ra man guro na sa imong account kung unsa ilang focus...but for our account right now, it's more on the customer satisfaction survey...dako gyud kaayo na nga metric, if you ask me....

Thanks sa info snake_eye, I appreciate it. Naa lang ko follow-up Qs. Ang CSAT na survey, is it via phone or email? Kay I'm with Xbox right now with Stream and CSAT are sent via email, dha sa Sykes? Mo count sad ba ang AHT/Xfer rate?

Regarding sa salary, if this is confidential you can PM me, I just want to know about anang ilang program na maka choose ka either higher basic less benefits or higher basic less benefits, kung sa higher basic, how high is that? In terms of benefits, unsa may difference kung mo go ka sa higher basic compared to lower basic?
