I beg to disagree with you. . i don't think that having a diploma would mean that you are professional. there are those we have hired that are undergrads but are the ones who are performing way better than those who already earned degrees.

mao ni resulta sa trabaho nga walay physical exercise sige lang lingkod pa aircon, mabantayan nako kadaghanan sa mga call center agent sige panigarilyo, inom ug kape, sige panga-on sa gawas especialy anang mga mantikaon kaayo nga mga pagkaon dili mangaon ug utan kay magpa susyalan man which result to poor health ma high blood na hinuon, magka hypertension, maglisod ug ginhawa advice nako ninyo invest more on sports play tennis, badminton, basketball, jogging, swimming or mag gym ba etc. basta mogawas gyud nang singot sa inyong bagol2x and i'm very sure condition gyud mo sa inyong trabaho pirmi and stay healthy pa and that's my secret bisan 38 nako pero mura gihapon ug desi hehehe

EXCUSE ME!!!! we do have annual physical exams, so to measure if fit pa ba mi mo-work... Mura man imo gi-generalize! Yes, my job is stressful, but I go to gym everyday!

i've been reading your responses and i cant picture out how those ideas can come out of a "professional mind". ok kay ko anang imu challenge nga kanang mga bachelor graduates vs. undergrads. so far from my experience b4 bsan unsa paka ka bright sa school kung wala kay wits and street smart manga-mote jud ka sa call center. manoy 1st year ra ko college pero ive worked in 3 call centers already. and ive experienced earning up to 30k per 15days...

take his criticisms constructively.
I just hope people currently working in callcenters wouldn't be so defensive.

look for a job you see yourself in 20 years.
i admit, guilty jud ko anang nabag ohan sa sweldo adto na time mao na nagdugay ko call center.

so please stop saying "resign!" as if nag ingon ra kag "kaon na kay alas dose na".
moabot ra na ang time para mo resign jud ka.
leave the lavish lifestyle and start saving para dili ka ma tie if ever na puno na ka.

i think the only difference between you and me is that "maaga akong namulat sa katotohanan"
