kun ako mag OC, I play first with the cpu multiplier not the FSB kay madamay sa OC ang memory if FSB ka drecho adjust. that means if ever mo abot ang point na ma unstable na, lisod or dili na nimo mahibaw-an asa sa ram or cpu ang nag bottleneck. akoa lang na nga style ha hehe

@gaspar_73 : ahhh I see.. Mao diay wala ka iswag2 sa FSB
@alwaysdrunk : mao nah akong gibuhat. Multiplier first then FSB. LGA1155 systems kay maapil gyud ang ubang components basta hilabtan ang FSB.

Mura'g partially unlocked ning CPU nako kay +4 rah gyud makaya. CPU Ratio nako is 39 niya sa ratio per core kay 41,41,39,38, respectively. Not sure sa last 2 cores, nakalimtan basta <41 sila but >37. Dili nana nako mapasaka pah sa BIOS. Then I bumped my FSB up to 102.7Mhz resulting into 4005.2Mhz output. Now running prime95 for an hour nah. Stable nah with no freezing, no BSoDs, etc. Highest temp is 69°C, pwerteng bastusa!

@gaspar_73 : lgeh boss pero way musugot trade bisag 3570k lang unta haha. Lingawa diay ani oe.

CPU Overclocking : SUCCESS !
Achieved 4180.3 Mhz which is around 24% boost from base clock.

Next step! RAM Overclocking!
Doing memtest karon, so far so good. Dugay kaayu mahuman ang 8GB haha. Gibuwag nana nakog 4 ka test 2047, 2047, 2330, ug 600. Ang 600MB test kay more than 200% nah so gi-stop nah nako. Ang other 3 tests nlng gadagan currently around 50% nah.

I dunno unsaon ang memtest86 so if someone can help me out, para mas nindot akong testing after OC.

I'm planning to push it up to 1866Mhz kay anything more than that, wala na daw gamit ang OC sa real world scenarios. Btw, after OCing my CPU, CPU-Z is reporting nga ang latency nah sa akong RAMs kay 10-10-10-25 nga stock ani is 9-9-9-24 raman unta. Tungod sa paghilabot nako sa FSB? haha sorry noobs.

Do you know any tools nga mugamit gyud sa speed(Mhz) sa RAMs? CPU-Z shows only 787.8Mhz DRAM Freq gud even nag-memtest nako.
