It takes just one crazy/sadistic person to shoot first to start a full blown war. Once in a while, we hear news about mass shooting in urban areas so don't exclude the possibility that there is one "murderer-in-the-making" who plans to fire guided missile from a battleship or destroyer, a torpedo from a submarine, or an air-to-surface missile from a jet. it's the reason that Ph should continue and aggressively procure high end military hardware then assault those Chinese garrison by force. i don't believe nga di mapildi ang China tungod sa ilang gidaghanon. we just need to enhance our capabilities that i know it will take time but since we have already the legality in our side after UNCLOS favorably on our side so what we need is a strong force
