    personally, nindot ra pag-dala sa CITOM ever since...this is in comparison/in contrast sa mandaue ug lapulapu...susmaryosep...nag-30+ years nakong labang2x sa lapulapu/mandaue bridge, MANO-MANO gihapon...hutdanay pa gyud ug style...mag-average gud na diha ug 5-8 minutes waiting time compared sa usual nga tag-2mins ra...

    okay ra gyud na boss...basta lang sa kaayohan ang padulngan...
    parehas ron sa north recla...sa minglanilla...dugayng antos pero pag-human, haruhay kaayo padaganan...
    ang mga maka-pisti lang kay mga traysikol/habal-habal/sikad nga naa sa main road sa mingla...

    naay daghan schools sa manila nag offer from short courses to masteral on traffic/transportation engineering/planning...

    Kanang gadala sa Traffice sa Mandaue has a brain a size of a peanut. Pastilan, makaulaw ng traffic system dira's mandaue.

    There's no need for a traffic expert to solve this problem. The Goal is to have a smooth flow of traffic(30-40kph). Its just a basic principle, remove all "things" that disrupts the flow of traffic. How?
    1. tow all illegally parked vehicle along that corridor.
    2. create a loading/unloading(should be outside the 4 lane highway so not to disrupt the traffic flow) bay for UCLM both sides.
    3. create a U turn slot below the old bridge so vehicles going to UCLM/Depots would not disrupt the traffic flow from Old bridge to Mandaue (This is what DPWH is working right now but I doubt when can they accomplish this project)
    4. Create a one lane flyover along the intersection of AC Cortes/Plaridel. Flyover for left lane vehicle from Old Bridge going to Plaridel/Recle.
    5. Create a one lane flyover along the intersection of AC Cortes/Plaridel. Flyover for middle lane vehicle from Old Bridge going to AC Cortes/Maguikay Flyover.

    Very plain and simple solution.
