    Rex Savellon has been a customer before when chai alejandre was under the name of Strategic Technologies, and because of their careless actions, mao ni ang resulta sa ilang gebuhat...Ilang ge block ang acct nga chai, karn ang mga customer nangita na ilabi na sa mga kato gusto magpa RMA.. And then Rex Savellon is usa ni sya sa nag pa RMA, once i saw a comment from Wyllie Yip sa FB na ilang ge post ni Siopao, accdg ni Wyllie Yip For me, kung asa na company under ko nagpalit adto ta dapat magpawarranty dili kay ipasa ta sa kung asa di naman na nato problema kay gepalit namo name man ninyo ang gegamit.. which is for me naa man sad point si Wyllie bya kay napalit na ni Rex under Strategic paman to..karn wa na ma follow up tungod sa ila gebuhat and kami pd sa among side na busy mi....ang PSU ni Rex Savellon subject for return jd na sa Supplier kay almost a year naman napalit...As per policy for RMA, naa pd baya tay gesunod di na madali2 ang RMA we have to wait for days/weeks and sometime a month..Pagka block sa Chai Previous account, nagbuhat mig lain para kinsa to mo search sa name nga CHAI, makita daun nila sa Facebook and ma msg if ever naa silay concern (may gani concern pami ninyo) sa ilang napalit under Strategic Technologies Cebu pa sa una.

    Ang nahitabo is mao ni, gepa RMA ni rex ang PSU ako mismo ang ni pick up ana sa iyang location sa may sacred heart para mapawarranty no charges or anything, ilang reklamo kay if taoran daw 12v power di cya mogana, if di daw taoran mogana sya.. pero ang findings ani na RMA is tested GOOD no problem exist. Tanan ni gana ug walay problema pagtest namo, but then again ilang ge insist nga guba jd so amo gepadala sa supplier and by the way nahatag to nila ang RMA under strategic technologies pa (which is dapat dili nana amoa ang strategic ta magfollow up ana sa akoa dili ang kliyente nga na serve under sa name nila) and pila ka days gikan sa pagdawat sa supplier and pag burn in test nila wala juy problema the same sa among result wala problema....So ang supplier geuli nila ug balik sa amoa ang PSU. Ge add na nako si Rex Savellon when i made my FB new acct, pero walay response (maybe bec. sa posting nilang Strategic) so naghuwat ra ko mo message si Rex Savellon nako, di sad ko makatext niya coz i lost his contact number di na pd ma trace sa prev acct kay na block man...Expected na jd na nako mo kontak jd ni si Rex Savellon para mag follow up sa iyang RMA kay expected na pd na nako nga ipasa jd na si Rex namo ni Strategic. Nagkastorya mi ni Rex and nagsabot sa PSU para motuo sila adto e test sa ilang balay, silang Jariel (my Tech) ang nagsabot since si jariel man sad ang mohatod ana sa ilaha, nikontak si jariel niya nga maghtod na sya sa PSU kaso wala man sya mo reply nya wala bya katoltol si Jariel sa balay nila ni REX mao to wa modayon si Jariel, and busy pd kaau sya sa delivery mao permi mapalaw ang paghatod sa PSU (Note: 8pm onwards ra iyang FREE time ni REX which is out na mi unta anang orasa but then mao rana avail time niya getagaan ra namog pabor pd para mahuman nani iyang RMA) Kaning hitabo-a miscommunication ra jd ni nila sa among Tech nga maoi mo test sa psu ngadto sa ilaha, ako pd nagtuo nga OK nani sila kay kaisa rmi ga tok ni REX, after ana sila na sa akong tech gasabot2.

    To update everyone: OK nani nga topic, na solve nani. PSU was delivered and tested the other day at last!

    Para pud sa tanan: Aware man sad cguro ta anang RMA process, we have to wait jd kay kami seller gadepende pd mi sa unsay status pd sa supplier. Priority na namo ang "after-sales-service" kung mahimo madali, amo nang dalion adlaw2 sad mi ga follow up sa mga supplier namo(Di raman gud kita ra ilang ge serve,daghan sad na silag RMA geuna kay mas nag una pa sad nato). And kung mag follow up man sad gani ayaw pangisog detso "put a little patience" wa man tay mahimo anang mangisog ta.

    mao bitaw nay resulta sa ilang post sir, ilang istorya ang mga customer di na nila pa kontakon namo o pa transactionon...paminaw nimo sir sakto pa diay na? naa bay concern gikan nila ana? mag unsa naman lang ang mga customer nga nakapalit diri sa Cebu? mao bitaw gabuhat mi ug new acct para sa mga prev. customer because we concerned that much!     Tungod ana ilang post, daghan customer na worry ug naangin sa ilang kalaki. Mga kliyente nangita sa Chai-Sales, nabahala ug maau kay ang acct is nowhere to be found na.     hi sir REX..this is me Jariel Jalosjos..first of all im gonna straighten and enlighten things up by clearing our names and simplify our explanation of what had happen and what should have happen...
    First of all your item was ordered when yours truly and Chai Alejandre was still serving or working under STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGIES manage by one of the admins here and Gene Sibaya.
    Second, what me and Chai Alejandre hide from the masses is that we are not really working under Strategic Technologies but instead we have a personal agreement from opposite parties to push Strategic Technologies and Nab Computers existence should only be at our Manufacturer.

    Sir maybe i should ask you first are you really asking the right persons or the right company for your warranty claims?.
    And why are Strategic Technologies forwarding their clients warranty claims from us?..
    Yes we do Supply/Provide items for Strategic Technologies before.
    Maybe your barking at the wrong tree.
    Clients serve within the time frame of our service at Strategic Technologies dont even know that NAB Computers existed.
    NAB computers is the supplier of Strategic Technologies before. Clients didn't order the items from NAB Computers so if they are claiming warranties i think they should be claiming at Strategic Technologies and Strategic Technologies should be the one contacting from us...maybe a simple diagram of the chain can clarify things up

    I agree with you bro but I think both of you (strat and NAB) benefited from the costumers so it's mutual.. What I don't understand is nganong maapil man ang costumers sa away sa duha ka company. I don't want to be rude but without strategic you will have minimal sales.. wala pud moy market am I right or I dont have to logic here?

    Action Plan: (For Cebu customers)

    Please have our own local shops as our 1st stop when buying computer parts/etc. Naa gyud tay NuTech, PC Express, Cebu App, Enigma, CBX, PC Quickbuys, Thinking T, Octagon and etc.

    Naa na sila tanan kasagaran needs nato, and also sa mga order basis and etc. Dili pa lisud kung pa warranty ta and etc.

    Next option nalang mga online stores.

    yes you're actually right on that part boss we never denied the fact without strategic nab would be out of the market already...

    But question lng n nko for the clients here in cebu that i have known,served, or even na amigo pa during the time under strategic pa ako gdala...if they know from the start pa lng nga we are not under strategic technologies maybe their good comments and the better reviews goes to NAB Computers since both me and chai are the only personnels serving for strategic'c cebu clients before...Can you imagine how two persons can handle/cater such clients before without having or getting any bad comments
