WHATS WRONG WITH MY PC- upgrading the rig and its downside

sigh... i had my computer admitted in a computer hospital (guess where) for 2 days. they did some test on my old mobo, new RAM, new video card, old HD and everything is ok and I was told it might be a PSU problem. so I replaced my PSU, reformat my drive, reinstalled my windows, run a burn-in test program with no errors and everything seems to be fine. But after a day, Im back to my original problem.... my PC keeps crashing/shutting down especially if im browsing,downloading or playing games. what the heck is wrong with my PC....sigh... im out of ideas here....sigh

PSU = new Dynamo Twin Fan 450W
proc = Intel 1.8ghz Pentium 4
mobo =4yrs old ECS p4vmm2 478socket, up to 266mhz mem bus
Ram = new 512mb pc400 kingston
video = new 256mb Palit Daytona Geforce FX 5500
2 hd =4yrs old SEAGATE 40gb IDE and surplus 6.4 gb Seagate
Optical = CD-rw / dvd combo

how long do you use your PC before it will shutdown or restart?

last night when i got it from the computer shop = i installed my new PSU and got it working for hours and run some burn-test programs until i went to bed... walay problem... but this morning when i started my pc, it crashed. then it turn back on again for 10 mins.. check my emails and surf... then it crashed... geezzz

500w unta imong PSU..

mao man gud ang panan.aw nako.. kay last time ana sad ang nahitabo sa ka bordmate nako.. among g check kung naa bay ni bloat nga capacitor.. if wala gani ang psu na gyud.. so g change namo ang psu then ang g palit namo kay 500w from 450w.. ok ra kaayo.. pero asus to iyang mobo.. don't know with ecs.. d man konahan gud ana nga board.. hehehe I have a bad experience.. hehehe kalagert

i have been using my 300w generic PSU for 3yrs with no problem. gireplace ni nako last year with another 300w kay ni bloated man iya capacitor. then karun I changed my PSU to 450w even though i check and tested the 300w PSU and no problems I can see. so Im just saying nga 450 or 300w.. it should work right kay 300w has been working for me for 3 yrs....

anyway ang hitsura sa crash?.. mapawng gyud siya... then windows disk check dayun and thats it.

any specific error message??
try daw check ang event log sa event viewer na.a ba related errors...
