first thing you need to know is that the direction of your question is off. you should be asking in this manner: 1 set with video card A or 1 set with video card B?

Bro, please give me nalang your recommendations/suggestions for both Intel AND AMD sets, however you understand my manner of presenting my request. Just need it for comparison, then I decide which option to take.

If it's strictly just for NBA 2K15, I would recommend the "Gipangayo sa Mama" option.

But it all depends on how much you are willing to spend.

I don't think integrated graphics from Intel will run well with NBA 2k15. Some people are saying it will "run", but not well enough to be actually playable.
