Web Dev Entry Level

The benefits includes:

- The ability to work from your home office on a full-time basis
- Monthly base rate range from 40,000 PHP up to 65,000 PHP (depends on skills / experience)
- Flexible work time
- 13th month pay given every December
- 10 days paid vacation per year
- 6 days paid sick leave per year
- Observance of religious holidays (Holy Wednesday to Easter Sunday, All Saint’s Day, All Soul’s Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day)
- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and salary increases


Required Skills

- Proficient experience with HTML, PHP, Javascript, JQuery and CSS
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience working as a web developer
- A knowledge of Wordpress
- Ability to add PHP code to existing HTML/JS pages to do simple customizations
- Ability to write PHP code to interface with 3rd-party APIs
- Experience with Git or other similar source control system
- A positive, can-do attitude that is genuine and infectious
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to document proper requirements for short-term and long-term projects
- Willingness and desire to learn and embrace new web technologies as they evolve
- Excellent Communication and Fluent English


Valued (But Not Required) Skills

- Experience with any PHP web application framework
- Experience with automated testing
