    Default Is light matter?

I recalled katong physics debate sa highschool namo sauna if light is wave or particle. Sa wave jud ko nga side. Then bisan after na ato maestra na mismo nag leksyon, wa jd ko na convince nga light is particle hehe! Then go with the flow nlang ko.

Then karon, sa cge nako research ane ako kalibog unsa neng gravity diin gikan, space and time then naabot nuon ko sa pangutana nga "Is light matter?"

Related mn sya kay light is both wave and particle mn daw. So kay part particle sya, naa siya mass and occupy space.

If yes or no, please explain

Wa lang sa ko mag google kay asa nasad nya ne mapunta akong utok hehe!

Light is both wave and particle. Heard of those things called "photons"? And yes, it's affected by gravity. Want proof? Look around those black holes... or even inside those black holes.

anything that does not have mass & does not occupy space is NOT matter...light, like heat, sound etc. are not a form of matter although we can see/feel/hear them...

Light is a form of energy, not matter. Matter is made up of atoms. Light is actually electromagnetic radiation. Moving electric charge or moving electrons (electric current) cause a magnetic field, and a changing magnetic field creates an electric current or electric field. So, changing magnetic and electric fields interact with each other and produce an electromagnetic wave composed of two parts: a magnetic field and an electric field.
Electromagnetic radiation has many forms: the visible light spectrum, UV rays, radio waves, and x-rays to name a few. I found all this information on a great website:

particle physicist at cern isn't so sure about the answer whether or not if photons act like waves or particles. check the uncertainty principle...

Uncertainty principle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

you can test it as well by doing the single slit, and double slit experiment

matter is something that occupies space and have mass. so in order to identify what is light,we just need to ask if it has a mass and if doesn't,it's energy.the universe is consist of matter and energy.but there is also a theory that state that light and matter are interchangeable and if so matter and energy is one and the same thing?
