Dentist - Need recommendations for Cebu Dentists

I'm looking for a dentist that has modern equipment for teeth cleaning (scraping, cleaning, and flouride treatment) and to refill molars. I have insurance, but am limited to a list of doctors. Looking to see if anyone has used any of these doctors.
