i get your point nga corrupt ang gobyerno, i was pointing out nga since corrupt ang gobyerno, ma amend man ang balaod or new nga balaod, it doesn't matter.. why would it matter kung mag implement ug bag-ong balaod nga corrupt man diay? so okay ra mag create ug new, dili lang mag-amend?
