ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 -- AGP and PCIe on one board.. done right

I'm eyeing this board as upgrading to S939 w/ AMD is a pain, considering that I have a pricey AGP graphics card. It uses the ULI M1695/1567 nb/sb chipsets, and it even has upgradability options for the upcoming Socket M2 CPU's from AMD due out next year! The reviews at anandtech and the feedback from the users at newegg seem very en couraging! Weee! Finally a seamless way to upgrade! Is this on sale here in Cebu?
