You should not be afraid of this. I don't think this bill was made to restrict photographers and artists. This is mainly to protect the privacy of individual citizens.
We all know there are a lot of inconsiderate and "over the line" individuals there who takes pictures of anyone doing anything and even posting it in the internet. Just imagine if your sister wearing a swimsuit was photographed and her picture was posted in FB group without her consent where her picture is subjected to rude comments.
